The third race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series hits the tracks in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The start to this season has been all about teammates Austin Hill and rookie Jesse Love. Through two races Love has won the pole and led the most laps in each individual race. He has come in like a house on fire after spending last season in the ARCA Menards Series where he won 10 of the 20 races on the schedule cruising to a season series win and championship. Hill finished last season in the Xfinity Series fifth place with four wins and is off to a monster start with back-to-back wins to start this season.

This race has a different name at the start of the race on the pole in Cole Custer who finished the first two races 13th and 16th respectively. Hill starts today’s race in fifth and Love in 15th position.
Three other drivers to watch today are Sheldon Creed who has finished second and fourth, Chandler Smith who finished fifth and second, and Parker Retzlaff who finished third and fifth in the first two races. Along with Hill, those are the only three drivers this season to net top five finishes in the first two races.
Last year this track saw Hill and Riley Herbst win on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Another performance like that from Hill would give him three straight wins to start the season, which would be one of the most impressive starts by any driver in the history of the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
